do you realize that there isnt a bracket with a what saved it?. well thats because it is been saved. :) umm. i give a 10 star for the environment as it is in the outbacks, great for a sunday morning get away. its the second time here, so you could probablys imagine its not too bad.
well well. . .had the spinachbasil pesto & mushrooms, wrapped in filo pasty & cooked until golden, served on a bed of creamy garlic mash with roast vegies & a splash of red wine gravy.Fresh Atlantic salmon seared medium rare, served on a bed of cos lettuce, warm gourmet potatoes, boiled egg, tomato, anchovy, red onion & green beans and Juicy tiger prawns sautéed with garlic, white wine & cream served on a bed of steamed Jasmine rice .

pretty sure, the last visit we had the famous windy creek port Medallion of Timberhill pork fillet, pan sealed with mushroom & Spanish onion, served on a bed of creamy royal blue
potato mash with steamed season veg and scott fillet steak 300gm of prime Scotch fillet steak char-grilled to your liking, served with a medly of ( without gravy) roast root vegetables .

yums. deffos worth a visit on a sunday morning lovelies. :)
ps: dont forget to stop by lancaster wineries which would be just across the street.
